Alex Tortorelli, 28 year old Argentine, is graduated on Tourism & Hotel Management, a 4 year degree, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
At the age of 23, as soon as he finished his studies, he started to live his dream of travelling around the world working in each place, always in the Hotel Industry.
First, he decided to start in his own country, working at the Front Desk of the "Bella Vista Hotel" in Bariloche (Patagonian Region - Argentina).
Then, he went to the
North of Argentina, the beautiful
city of Salta, and worked as a Receptionist, at the Front Desk, of the
Hotel Portezuelo www.portezuleohotel.com.ar)One year later, in the Mexican Mayan Riviera, Alex finally discovered his passion: The Entertainment Industry.
He worked as an Activities Director, in the Sports & Entertainment Team, at the
Gala Resort Playacar, in Playa del Carmen, Mexico (Best Employee Award - October 2004).

city of Cancun, and worked for the
Hotel Riu Cancun, also, in the Entertainment Team.

United States as an Activities Supervisor, in charge of the Entertainment Departments in more than 9 different Hotels, in
Myrtle Beach-SC and in
Orlando-FL, 6 months in each place.(Hotels like the Sheraton´s Broadway Plantation, which with Alex in charge, the Entertainemtn Team got the highest punctuation in Guest Satisfaction in it´s history).
Alex was also in charge of organizing the Entertainment Activities in Social Events & Conventions, hosted at the Kingston Plantation, Myrtle Beach and the Vistana Resort, Orlando.
While Working at the AHA, Alex got the chance to study and become a CHS Certified Hospitality Supervisor, by: the American Hotel & Lodging Association (March06).
After that one-year-experience in the United States, Alex decided to take a new step further in the Entertainment Industry, and he got hired by the
Norwegian Cruise Line and started working at the
Norwegian Pearl, as a Host, sailing over the Caribbean & Alaska.

In this last year, Alex discovered his abilities to Train and Teach employees in Hotels, about the Entertainment Industry, and it´s benefits to the Hotel itself.
He got hired, at the same time by the
Hospitality Consulting Group, Pronetwork, based in Buenos Aires, as part of their Training Profesionals.
